Delivery
The art will be delivered to the address submitted by the buyer on the order form on the website.
Once delivered, the buyer will own the artwork and will be responsible for any loss or damage.
The buyer must check the condition of the artwork on delivery and if it is damaged on arrival the buyer must refuse delivery at this point.
If the buyer accepts the goods then the artwork is deemed to have been delivered in good condition and any damaged thereafter is considered the responsibility of the buyer.
If the buyer refuses delivery for anything other than obvious damage then Blue Scar Art reserves the right to deduct delivery and return costs from any refund
